The main methods that we use in the recruitment process are:

Executive Search

We act for potential recruiters and identify the best quality candidates available. Then we draw up a list of the most suitable candidates and approach them to determine their interest in meeting up with a consultant, following which we compile a short-list of potential candidates for interview.

Advertised Selection

We will place adverts for you in relevant legal publications and websites. We will then short-list relevant candidates for the specific role, effectively saving you from carrying out and editing the process. We can additionally carry out first round interviews. We would prefer to send you a select few strong

candidates than to inundate you with CVs. We will provide you with our professional opinion on the advertisements and will carry out candidate screening and the interviewing of candidates.

Advertised Search

This method uses the same approach as the one above but adds our research tools to draw up a list of possible candidates to build on our advertising work. We then meet with the candidates to discuss the role, conduct interviews and assess whether they will make the list of final candidates. Stratalegal will shortlist and do first round interviews as required by the client. We will never send you a candidate who we have not interviewed ourselves.
